If I could give this insurance company a zero star I would. They do not do their job I was hit by one of their insured buses and they have done nothing to help me not even get the busses insured involved. I have spent 6 weeks trying to have my car fixed after one of the deadly weapons hit me. This insurance company should not be trusted.
Joy Moll is extremely unprofessional. She was rude and did not answer any of my questions. She terminated the call before I could even speak.
