I have been with Interwest Insurance since 2003. They have always done a good job for my family when needed. This was most true following the loss of our home as part of the Camp Fire in 2018. We received excellent care from our Claim agent, Daniel DiMeo, who is experienced and wise beyond his years. I can't say enough about how grateful we are to Interwest. Our dealings with Interwest have always been helpful and personal. Recently they showed up for us when it most mattered, when our insurance carrier wasn't being fair with us in processing our claim. We needed guidance in how to address our concerns with our carrier. Without Daniel DiMeo's genuine care and patient, focused help, we would have been buried in a bureaucratic world in which we could not stand up for ourselves.
