I have been paying monthly payments to this company for quite a while now and I have always had the best customer service. They have worked with me when I needed help and I spoke with Brandy today and she answered every question I needed.They Our courteous and kind and I totally recommend them
We have been trying to pay our bill for about 6 months now and between an unsigned website, poor communication, and mysterious errors processing our credit card for a payment plan, we have been unsuccessful. At this point I would almost prefer the hit to my credit score for going to collections than to have to call them again or receive more of the exact same letter.
Called the billing department and was told I had to contact the insurance myself because they didn’t want to deal with it. They are rude and not helpful at all.
Billng department has really bad customer service and are extremely rude. Hopefully I will never have to deal with them again
