Dr. Downing has treated me for back pain and has been exceptional in his care. I highly recommend him.
I have seen Dr. Downing for 10 years 08 until. 18 He has treated multiple issues with my back. I saw 2 different doctors in that time frame due to insurance reasons. I don't know why his rating is only a 3 I have had over 20 visits to his office in my opinion he is a fantastic doctor I give him a solid 5 star rating. The Fishman
Stay away from Dr. James E. Downing, basically he talks down to you and practically accused my wife, who is handi-capped of being a pill popper and made her cry. He gave a 10 min lecture saying that pills won't fix anything, I started wondering maybe he has had on a couple too many himself.
