I had a spinal cord stimulator test, and then implantation. Dr. Slezak was extremely good to work with and very professional and competent. Working with representatives of Boston Scientific, everything went extremely well.
I see Dr. Slezak and have had great success with him managing my pain and his concern for my health. Highly recommend him.
Very nice staff and Dr. Had to wait a bit but that's everywhere
