Very clean nice and professional Medical Facility.
Once again, exceptional service. From the receptionist, to the nurses and Dr D’Souza they all go out of their way to make your experience wonderful!! My shot for hip joint pain was extremely successful, no pain at all now when walking. The Gunn Hwy office in Carrollwood is beautiful and staff is very welcoming. Would definitely recommend the Doctor and all staff.
Wonderful first visit . Nurse practitioner Lissette was just amazing . She took her time listened and also explained everything .
