I am supposed to be seeing Dr. Neil Weisman. I've seen him once, the other doctor did an injection, and then my follow up was with a random nurse practitioner. She scheduled me for a follow up injection 5 weeks out, and the office was supposed to send in the paperwork to my insurance to get authorization.
