This is my second trip there for hip discomfort. Everything is all taken care as you report in just a few minutes on an IPad. The whole procedure takes about 15 minutes and you’re alert while on the bed. When they told me I was done I got up and off the bed and I could actually feel some relief already. Clean facility. Professional respectful polite kind passionate communicative thorough employees. From the check in assistance nurses and procedure nurse. Abby Michelle and Amy. If I left anyone out it’s unintentional. Everyone was exceptionally kind doing their job which is not always present.
Dr. Stark and his team are wonderful! They provided a comfortable, kind and pleasant atmosphere which made my procedure/experience a positive one. I highly recommend this office.
I came to Dr. Ross’s office in a great deal of pain in the Fall due to a herniated disc. Dr. Ross listened carefully when I spoke. He was calm and offered me options. He told me I was in charge. I liked his calm demeanor and his suggestions which included pain meds and PT. I am now virtually pain free and feeling great. I was relieved that Dr.Ross did not jump to surgery. His office staff is professional and the kindest bunch I have ever encountered. I highly recommend Dr. Ross.
