I've been to radiology a few times now. I've always been seen in a timely manner, and the staff have been very friendly, efficient and prompt. I usually show up early because it's quite a trek to get out to Boston and I fear being late. This latest time I showed up pretty early and they got me in right away anyway. Good stuff.
This place is wack have to wait months for an appointment just to go with my children and be told they can’t be there at all i cried because i can only imagine all the single parents who don’t have anyone like my self
I tried to reschedule a very important appointment for later on in the day and the woman who answered the phone yelled at me and said they don’t have same day appointments and the next one was on Thursday so “did I want it or not?” I calmly said “no thank you, I won’t be around. When is the next available after that?” She sucked her teeth and said “July.” So I hung up.
