After shoulder surgery this place was recommended as the place to go, and I went. YOU only get out what YOU put in. The staff is there with a program to suit your needs, but YOU have to work it. I had surgery on my other shoulder and this is the place I chosed. I highly recommend this place if you want positive results, but remember, YOU have to work the program that they give you. Oh BTW, I'm getting good results right now once again !
