The nurse or physician assistant was great! She was very nice, and very helpful! However, the Dr was not as helpful. He was friendly, but not helpful as I had thought he'd be. (This was for the Goodlettsville location)
It was my very first appointment with them. It was more like a meet and greet this time. The waiting area is very comfortable and clean. I only met the receptionist and a nurse. Both if them were very sweet and welcoming. I was very comfortable and impressed. I look forward to my next appointment and getting to meet with the doctor as well. Great experience.
They were awesome.
