With the exception of the provider melanine (that is leaving) and Dr.Bonis - this practice is a nightmare to deal with. Terrible communication with front desk, messages are rarely returned, appointments are canceled last minute, constant delays with referrals, records & authorizations and office is “running behind” for every appointment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice.
I am so great full for the pain relief provided by Interventional Pain Solutions . Melanie has helped me to reduce my pain to the degree that I am able to work regularly and enjoy my free time so much more.
Unprofessional staff. The medical billing is not done on time. Then they ask ypu to pay it. The secretary never returns phone calls, nor does the office manager, nurse practitioner etc. I arrived for a 1015 spinal procedure I was not helped until 1:30 along with my driver waiting. The office staff is not even on time to open the business. They are very bad at doing the procedures, mine hurt more after than before I walked in. I have had really great care here! Melanie K. is a (my) Wonderful P.A. and Dr. Bonis also! David is Smart and always nice, All the other staff are great too including Alana! I feel they really listen and do the best possible for their patients.
