Friendly and professional staff. Timely appointments
I don’t even know where to begin, but I’ll start from the moment my parents walked into the office. My mom is in visible, excruciating pain and you could see it all over her face. My dad helped her into the office hoping we were finally going to see a spinal surgeon who could actually help her. Instead, from the second we stepped up to the front desk, we were met with cold, unfriendly staff and acted like everything was inconveniencing them. cold, heartless staff. my family member went in for her appointment, in visible/obvious pain, and was met with such carelessness that it’s ridiculous this group is in the healthcare field. she was expecting treatment the DAY of her appointment only to get told by Dr Chaitoff that she needs to come back in 3 weeks???? while she sat there crying in agony, he told my step mother “well it’s not like you have cancer.” if you need treatment look anywhere else but here. stay away from these unprofessional, dismissive, callous indiv... read more
