March 2023 West Palm Beach, Florida: I am sweetly blown away with the care being received from Dr. Regenbaum and his team. He dove right into my mess of diagnosis and prognosis and offered help and hope. my goal of not needing pain medication seems possible and probable, thank You, LORD! His compassion from the first appointment sets him apart huge, in and of itself, but the overall experiences have been as pleasant as possible with chronic pain and added mental wellness issues. My first visit was off-putting. My second visit, I was hoping to have an Epidural for chronic (new) pain from cancer treatment medication (joint/muscle pain is a side-effect). I tried PT and increased exercise and the pain persisted, which I had to try to appease the insurance company. Finally, I had the epidural and it seemed to work. A few months later, I tried to have another epidural but couldn't because the insurance would not allow it until their minimum time passed. I had to walk out of the office; it was my first visit for a "consultation" even though my surgeon sent me here for a specific type of steroid injection. My appt was scheduled for 45 minutes after they opened. I arrived early and filled out the 19 page questionnaire. 19 pages. After that very nice lady brought me to an exam room and took my blood pressure and asked questions. This office is awful. They have charged me and my insurance for test that were not performed. I have notified my insurance carrier and the Doctors office but they still are billing me for test never performed. I actually have the documentation of the error and that I am correct. I have spoken with several people in the billing office who say they will fix the problem. Then the following month, they bill me again.
