Very difficult place to get ahold of. They never answer the phone and have to leave a voicemail which is never called back. They also don’t take disks of previous x rays which is all my doctors office gives out, they don’t fax over copies. Interventional pain management only accepts things faxed over. They are not very easy to work with and the customer service is non existent. We also had an apt at 945am and we didn’t get seen until 1pm. My elderly mother has severe arthritis and is an invalid in her own home. She recently visited IPM and said she was screamed at by an employee. This employee comes on strong and is viewed as "honest" by others in this office. This "honesty" was extremely unprofessional, even if she thought the patient was cranky first. The patient is in pain.
