Mr dr retired and sent me to this clown show- 1st visit cut rx 30% and let me run out because they mixed refill date for 4days, I get out of surgery and the second refill wasn’t sent in, so laying home in bed making phone calls with one arm and massive pain. Oh paid my co/pay day of appt and got 2 letters of unpaid bills and collections threat & 4 texts demanding payment that they got 7 weeks ago. Save yourself the headache

I'm not one to write reviews often, but after my experience, I feel it's worth others knowing. I was referred to this office. a direct referral and they were to set up a block for my knee. told me it was denied, but my insurance never got a request. I was told to come in a see the doctor for options. I did. told him about the previous insurance request. they had no record of any of this, go figure. but i spoke with specific people, I will not name.
