They NEVER answer the phone or do things in a timely manner
That's bad business. I drove thru this snowstorm only to drive up to a closed business. I received phone reminders yesterday about my appointment and I even checked online to see that you stated you was open. Good people but bad business

Mr dr retired and sent me to this clown show- 1st visit cut rx 30% and let me run out because they mixed refill date for 4days, I get out of surgery and the second refill wasn’t sent in, so laying home in bed making phone calls with one arm and massive pain. Oh paid my co/pay day of appt and got 2 letters of unpaid bills and collections threat & 4 texts demanding payment that they got 7 weeks ago. Save yourself the headache
