I'm not one to write reviews often, but after my experience, I feel it's worth others knowing. I was referred to this office. a direct referral and they were to set up a block for my knee. told me it was denied, but my insurance never got a request. I was told to come in a see the doctor for options. I did. told him about the previous insurance request. they had no record of any of this, go figure. but i spoke with specific people, I will not name. I arrived fifteen minutes early for my appointment as requested in the text message. I waited until forty five minutes AFTER my appointment time and was never seen. I left and went home. Long waits are fairly typical at this practice. I have been a patient there for at least five years. Usually you wait a long time only to be seen for five minutes or less. Everyone in the office is very friendly and the doctors are amazing! They really care and listen , I am greatful to have their office here in Harrison and would recommend them to anyone who is struggling or dealing with pain.
