This place is terrible I wish I could give them 0 stars. They turned my Gma away after making her not eat for over 20 hours no medicine and it’s their own fault because they misplaced her paperwork from her other doctor and then lied to our faces about it. This is NOT OK! And not to mention this is the 2nd time in a row it’s happened to her, not her fault all theirs wasting everyone’s time.
I have not had a bad experience with Cox Health. Everyone has been friendly and polite. My experience here has been wonderful so far.
When ice came in followed by snow, I called day before my appointment and rescheduled. Then today I get called and asked to see patient assistant instead of doctor. My first visit and doctor is who I should talk to first. I had all my records transferred there. For what? I needed appointment bad but first had to wait two months. Then weather won't let me out. Then im not important enough as someone else more important. So I cancelled. I won't be going to Cox for help. They don't care about me.
