I recently had a spinal steroid injection here and found the radiologist (Dr Kevin Leong) and his assistant to be excellent. They were friendly and reassuring, making the experience as unpleasant as possible. Would actually give the whole Wise facility 5 stars for excellence in service, ease of access and ambience.
Dr Don is amazing. I highly recommend. He is so unbelievably knowledgeable and experienced while being kind and nurturing at the same time. I felt fearful about my symptoms before being lucky enough to find Dr Don, now I’m in safe hands. His receptionist Deidre and his nurse are fantastic too, very caring, professional and attentive. Such a great team!
Amazing, compassionate staff. I came in for a procedure (which was undertaken with the upmost professionalism) and my ASD 7yr old had a complete meltdown. The support, understanding, and empathy shown towards my family, went above and beyond. I cannot thank, or recommend the team at IPC enough! They are the best- not only at what they do, but the people they are. ♥️
This Clinic is excellent.!! Dr Don, Dr John & their team are not only professional, but also caring , understanding & supportive. I have had 2 experiences at IPGC now & both have been very positive.!! Dr Don patiently answered all my questions, he had a wonderful bedside manner & put me very much at ease.
