I have been taking my mother to her appointments here for a couple of years. For a long time, we would arrive early and they would take her back almost immediately. All the staff at IPC have been great recently new addition with Dr. Guarino is hands down the worst. I waited for 50 minutes for him to enter room. Shook my hand said nothing showed up on your MRI nothing is wrong with you. After 2 ER trips totaling over $38,000. Yes something is wrong may not be as what he says "I specialize in that, I don't know who would have sent you here for that." Went in for pain management to diagnose a possible surgery, I was already nervous and while the nurses were patient and kind the dr was awful, I went into a full-blown panic attack, and all he did was tell me , we can't wait for you, literally all I needed was a few minutes to calm down, but he made me feel bad for having an attack, so I was basically forced to leave, maybe the other dr would have had a better bedside manner.
