Incompetent and into medicine for all the wrong reasons. I would not recommend these doctors to ANYONE; at least Drs Cohen, Yu and Poosti.
Dr. Jamali has a back office staff that is the worst. Zero communication. Zero transparency. It's taking upwards of 4 months to get a procedure scheduled. Initially Ins. denied the claim. However, it was approved on appeal. I heard nothing from the "Scheduling Coordinator" or anyone else. I called & told them that the procedure was approved on appeal. I was told that they would find the letter & get it scheduled. Then radio silence. I took the appeal letter & hand carried it to their office & told the front desk to deliver i... read more
