Husband went in twice because he needs a transplant. We were told this is the cardiologist that the transplant center uses. While we were in the waiting room, somebody came down from another doctor’s office to talk to the people in the office about how they don’t answer phone calls. I see now why that person came down. The office staff is horrible and does not return phone calls calls. If they do return them when you try to call back, you get the call center, which is worthless. My dad had an awesome cardiologist, Dr. Albert Raizner. I had notified his office of Dad’s passing and this morning, HE PERSONALLY CALLED my mom! He was Dad’s cardiologist for more than 25 years and pulled Dad through multiple heart attacks, procedures, and a cardiac arrest in ‘16. If you are looking for a cardiologist, you won’t find a more caring, compassionate, knowledgeable one, than Dr. Raizner!
