The worst service. You can never get anyone to answer phone. On line for hours with music playing…so annoying!
I agree with the previous reviewer - one star is too much. Interval Servicing might be the worst service I ever received. Getting through on their phone line to talk to someone directly is virtually impossible, and while on hold they don’t tell you how long the wait is or even an estimate. The instructions they give are vague at best. I mailed in multiple documents with no confirmation of receipt. I wasted MONTHS along with multiple USPS mailings attempting to get my residual payment. 1 Star is too much for what the customer service department deserves. We spoke with the manager, Jorge Aguayo, regarding late fees incurred. We explained how we reached out to the company months ago several times, and we have yet to hear from them. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone, his only excuse for not responding was that they're too busy and are overwhelmed with incoming emails.
