BBB complaint is the ony reason I got money back from an exchange for a CLOSED PROPERTY on the website. Awful company. Nothing to add to other 1 star reviews with which I agree. Just keep the resort you bought, use it and don't deposit to this disreputable entity.

Interval International absolutely terrible experience with this time share banking company repeatedly. Showed up to vacation(booked June 6th for Aug 19-26)only to find that my reservation had been cancelled by Interval without notification or explanation. It was late on Saturday evening as I scrambled to make alternate arrangements for my family or 6, they are doing nothing to rectify the situation.
