I recently tried to put a request in for an exchange in Florida. A place that we have requested and have stayed 4 x in the past. The website would remove the location and said I was unable to add this location. I tried 4 others and only 1 would be added. I called interval to find out why & their explanation is that the resort/hotel doesn't allow a wait-list. I called 3 different reps and spoke to 3 different " supervisors". I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent experience as a member of Interval International. I have encountered multiple issues that have left me frustrated and questioning the value of my membership. 1. Customer Service i contacted customer service team to discuss my concerns about upcoming travel plans due to weather conditions. BBB complaint is the ony reason I got money back from an exchange for a CLOSED PROPERTY on the website. Awful company. Nothing to add to other 1 star reviews with which I agree. Just keep the resort you bought, use it and don't deposit to this disreputable entity.
