We traded our timeshare for another location through interval international. We were unhappy with the location of the pool being too far away from our condo. Rather than deal with us directly the II representative Ramon placed a 3 way call to the front desk and then disconnected himself from the phone call. Needless to say this was very awkward for us. Thumbs down for II. Thinking I'll bank my 2018 week with RCI
Interval TIENE un pésimo servicio, fueron muy cortantes vivi una humillación al llegar a mi destinó en las Vegas . Y cuando los llamé la mujer qué se llama Ana fue muy cortante y no arreglo el problema, anduve con mis maletas para todos lados, dónde nos ubicaron simplemente decía éso es lo que ahí, perdí 3 días dé vacaciones, luego me llamó un hombre dónde medio 20 minutos para entregar y así poder obtener dónde soy dueña,el condominio sin cocina y Tube que aceptar ,.fue muy estresante con un CALOR y con miedo de qué el hote... read more
