Jim is great! He’s not so much a salesman but a conversationalist that’s about as open, honest, and accommodating a person can be. Got a really good deal on a used truck. Remember this is a used truck and as consumers we have a responsibility to do our due diligence as well, to be responsible for our decision to buy, and respect people’s roles in the negotiation process.
