One mistake after another. Worst ever! Don't trust them.
Very bad experience here.
Great service! Mike did a terrific job repairing our Zephyr blower/vent. He had to use his gymnastic skills to get to it.
Mike provided us with outstanding service during the service trip for our Fisher Paykel fridge and Bosch dishwasher. He was on time, professional, and knowledgable. He made sure we understood what was happending during the trip, and made valuable recommendations. I would use them again if needed, and wouldn't hesitate recomending them to a friend.
We bought a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator from Best Buy. I liken it to an Italian luxury car - great performance with cool features but it seems to be high maintenance. On two separate occasions, the Best Buy service professionals damaged the product when attempting to install it. After causing the damage, Best Buy replaced the refrigerator the first time, but after doing it again, the second time they just ghosted me.
