Lack of professionalism. From what I've seen on Google review of this business, it looks like he's doing great at what he does, but my experience is different from other reviews for this business. Here is the break-downs: - HE WAS GOING TO COME TAKE A LOOK ON THURSDAY 6/26 AROUND 5 OR 6PM BUT WAS UNABLE TO DUE TO TRAFFIC. UNDERSTANDABLE. - NEXT DAY 6/27 FRIDAY, HE CAME OVER TO LOOK AT IT. WHILE DISASSEMBLING HVAC UNIT, HE DROPPED THE UNIT COVER ON THE CONDENSATE PUMP(WATER PUMP) AND THE PUMP BROKE. I WAS HELPING HIM WITH LIT... read more
Joseph is a reliable, honest and knowledgeable technician that I have been using for 2 years. I highly recommend him!
I was almost ready to replace my 12 years old AC unit of TRAIN after couple technicians suggested but my brother recommended to contact Joseph. He was so quick to response and came examined my unit and replace few Small part and make it work very well and I really feel my Ac is better working then before. Joseph is very honest and knowledgeable, I really like his job and definitely recommended him to everyone.
Joseph Kim is excellent. He arrived promptly and delivered expert service for my split unit, troubleshooting and solving the issue. Highly recommended!
