I give 5 because today they loaded me in 3 hours and 1 day before my aopt time. ( thanks for this) bit other time they are working by appt.
Quick they are nice..I got there called the reciever he come out to me and gave me a door got unloaded fast ..I think they allow overnight parking you can park there where the trucks are ..and the best way to come here dont take 58 e out of 77 south come down to i 40 toward greensboro thand 840 tha us 29 north than 58 east this is the best way to come in ....
Good people, easy loading, call number to check in, go when green light is on and paperwork will be in back of trailer, friendly. Great experience here, no hassles.
I don’t know who were these lucky people who got load very fast from this company. It’s a one of worst company ever been to. No one is in shipping receiving so once you get door just sit there as long as it’s not turning to green light. It can be 4 hour it can be 6. And if you call them they have only one answer we are working on your paperwork. From last 3.5 hours same answer.
