The owner Ryan Young rented 2218 Vine Street to me on 12/20/23 despite numerous attempts for help I was left without a proper address for 14 weeks, no valid postal address for over 6 week, no trash service for over 6 weeks all due to not having a Certificate of Occupancy and other permitting issues. Seriously is the type of person you want involved in your project. I'm trying to get his statel licensing revoked and will provide an update soon or you will see it in the local news!
