I’m giving this company a 1 star cause I can’t go any lower. I talked to a manufacturer rep and first thing he said was I have 50 years experience at this. I purchased these windows through a company (who now no longer installs them). I get condensation around where the seals on the windows are. They say their warranty does not cover condensation ( which I haven’t found yet). I sealed windows with duck tape and I didn’t have the problem anymore. They even said I had to much humidity in my house. I put a dehumidifier in my ho... read more

We have been using Interstate Windows for over 2 years now. To my knowledge, the 6800 line with triple pane glass has the lowest U-factor around. It is simply the perfect window in any climate. Customers love the windows especially the Robo Sync hardware on the double hungs. Also, my installers love the windows because they are built solid. Excellent customer service and fast resolution to any service needs. Definitely recommend.
I have purchased Interstate Windows and Sliding Doors for replacement window projects in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia markets. I like the fact that Interstate offers great service, high quality products and they have been around a long time. I have been in the business for 10-years and have seen window companies come and go. They clearly are doing something right. We will continue to support the brand and promote their products to our customers. They have something for all budget types!
