Great experience unloading here. I missed my appointment by a full day, but the staff was still very professional and helpful. When I arrived the next day, they gave me a dock door right away and started unloading immediately without any issues. The receiving team was courteous, efficient, and understanding. Easier to come in off of I-80 Illinois 7 Got here 1 hour before my appointment got dock right away started loading at appointment time… check in and out done on phone… plenty of room to maneuver into the docks… pre cool your trailer before arrival it does speed things up some… overall not a bad place to pick up from…
Unloaded pretty quickly, arrived at 1 for a 2pm and received the text to get paperwork at 2:49. Restrooms are by for 18 same with office. The restroom at the front by door 1 is out of order.
Got there about 5 hours early and they got me to a dock and loaded in about an hour. Check In is easy as well. These guys kick ass
