Everything is intuitive and clear. At the entrance you must send a short message with a code to a certain number. After that you receive a link. You check in online, they call you back and give you the gate number, everything is easy.They loaded it pretty quickly too, then you go to the office, and your documents are already lying on the table, everything is very, very convenient for the driver.

Beware if you are 10 minutes late! Due to circumstances completely out of my control I arrived 10 minutes late for my appt. These wonderful people will dock you and not tell you that they are penalizing you for being late. I stayed backed into a dock for 7 hours before I was even locked to the dock and another 3 hours before being unloaded. NO COMMUNICATION! When you finally get someone they are extremely rude. Will not be back ever again!!!!!
