Kept the truck for 2 extra weeks, longer than he said he would. Lost a lot of revenue waiting and my husband still had to bring the truck home and repair what they had messed up. He could be really good or really bad. Find someone who will do it right every time.

These people kept my truck two weeks longer than they said they would on a two day job which cost us thousands of dollars in revenue. Ariel messed up the airlines so that the truck would not switch up while fixing the clutch. My husband has to repair it himself. My husband also found a beer can in the truck. Please go somewhere else. These people lie and will mess up your truck. Don’t take a chance!!!
We made an appointment for noon on Monday and planned our evening and morning around it to stay in downtown Nashville. The address is wrong, and we called to see what his new location was and he just responded with “I’m not there and won’t be back till 4pm...” very rude, terrible customer service and we wasted our day for no reason. At least please call us to reschedule.
Recommendedthe technician is very good especially Uriel.. he came out and fix my fuel line less than 30 minutes and the price is very cheap...
Wonderful people to work with. Friendly and super honest about the work your getting done. We are all trying to make a living and people at Interstate understand what it means to work as a unit out in this industry. Very appreciative of the hospitality they displayed for us. Thank you.
