The staff at Interstate Title are incredible! In a market where companies usually wait to the last minute getting documents out for closing, Interstate does the opposite. They are always ready to go! I am always impressed at how thorough and diligent this office is to details and the attitude from all staff is of the highest quality especially in emails and phone calls! I love working with their whole team!
I’ll be brief believe the bad reviews and discount the paid reviews. This is only second review I’ve ever written. Run from interstate title in Charlotte Hall. I’ve had to file a complaint and lawsuit is forthcoming. There selling the people property that have 1st leins. Not calling for payoffs. And on top of that the owner sold my property with a lien recorded in my name to the office manager Patti. I think Michelle thinks it’s ok to not call lienholders for a payoff. We will see.
