I had my basement waterproofed in December in December 2019. I have been satisfied with the waterproofing. Recently I hired a person to paint the upper half of the block walls. He said the material used to cover the lower half of the walls was cheap quality and poorly installed. The material fits very loosely allowing dust and moisture to collect and not enough screws were put in to secure the material. I think the men hurried to finish before Christmas.
