Julian was incredibly helpful with the g is differences between the blowers and mowers we were there to buy. Allowing us to test the blowers in the parking lot was a bonus as we felt the difference and decided to go with the stronger one! We came home after purchasing our amazing new Echo equipment and went right to work! So happy with our experience there and with Julian!

Charged $97 for diagnostic fee….I told them what was wrong with the item being repaired. Also it was still leaking after I got home with the repaired item.
