Also, the staff communicates any issues in a timely manner. I have rented at other facilities and it makes me angry to see price increased due to increases in operating expenses. Very easy process. Emma is amazing and explained how everything works in a very clear and easy to understand way. I was uneasy about having a unit on the 4th floor but found it pretty easy to get my things in and out of.
