Price is decent. Location is decent. Dealt with no gate for the longest time after initially getting into the unit. Now for months, and multiple calls asking for a skid steer to get moved that is directly blocking my unit making it nearly impossible to get my boat in and out with my large truck and 21 ft boat, they always say they’ll move it when I call yet never do.
