2 males claiming to be from this company were trolling our neighborhood in Sandy Springs yesterday pitching insurance claim business following a hail storm back in June. They were incredibly argumentative, rude and wouldn't take no for an answer. When asked to leave my property, they just kept arguing and one of them got nasty and muttered some kind of threat I couldn't quite make out. They left when I threatened to call the police.
Roof replacement was an insurance claim and Derek Dodge, the Interstate rep, worked quickly and efficiently with the insurance company to get it approved. The job was quickly scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The roof looks great and they left the property immaculate when they were finished. Kept me posted throughout the process with texts and photos. Very professional from start to finish.
Carter and the team did a great job, from beginning to end. Great follow through and attention to detail all the way through. I highly recommend them
