This company sucks. They supposedly "consulted" and "managed" a project for our association, which ended up leaking inside and almost cost us big time. They had no wits to demand anything from contractors. They are weak, inexperienced. Trust someone else.
Gave the worst advice and almost bankrupted our building. Seem to be the favorite of the worst property management companies.
R3NG has had the opportunity to work with IRSC on several large scale roofing projects and couldn't be happier. They are knowledgeable, communicative, and organized. They have been a great partner and we look forward to many more projects together in the future.
