This was my first time using Interstate Refrigeration & Air Conditioning LLC and it will absolutely be the last time. Their technician wasted almost 2 hours on a “diagnosis” and told me my control board was bad, pushing me toward a $950+ replacement quote. I got a second opinion and the real problem was the water inlet valve and water assembly line, which cost under $400 to fix. My ice machine has been running perfectly for 10 days since then. The tech did a good job, but surprised me with late day arrival, no one had contacted me that a tech wax coming today. Fortunately I was home.
Connor came on time and diagnosed the problem with my ice maker. Parts will have to be ordered so project not complete, but so far so good
