This was my first time to place an order from Interstate Products Inc. and I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. I ordered a small Flammable Liquid cabinet to store diesel containers in but by the time everything was finalized there was a very large winter storm that delayed the shipment. This wasn't any problem for me, but I was kept being updated by Liz or Kim about the shipping and Tracking details. The containment berms offered are amazing options for our warehouse needs. With the heavy duty XR5 material, we are able to confidently use this product as an emergency containment vessel for hazardous waste. The customer service is amazing as well. The team is very easy to speak with and are able to pinpoint the exact option that will work for your needs. They make it very easy to come back for additional business.

Have been working with Interstate Products on containment berms for multiple locations for different applications. Rich and Nathan have been a pleasure to work with. Always provide guidance and cost-effective solutions. Nathan recently went above and beyond to answer questions a client had on containment berms we selected for use.
