I called Interstate Products this morning to get an update on an order and was connected with Kim G. She was friendly and knowledgeable, responding to my requests very quickly. Kim G made me feel like an important customer even though I had only ordered one bottle of rust reformer. I had read that Interstate had outstanding customer service and Kim G absolutely lived up to that hype. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

My experience chatting with your salesman on your website yesterday to request the quote was truly first rate and could not have been easier or more helpful. Impressions like that are memorable, and convert potential into actual customers. Any time there’s a choice, I prefer to do business with people who, at minimum, are not going to make my day any worse, and this interaction exceeded that bar memorably.
