After calling other companies more than 30 times, I was finally directed to Interstate. They were amazing empathizing as I was without a generator for 11 days on the water. They sent a tech more than 2 hours away, diagnosed the problem, got the part and we were good to go. Paul and Steve both followed up with me and Dan Kramer in Marine Sales actually boated over to check in on me. He has followed up twice since I left Sturgeon Bay. Scam !! Liers !!thieves !! They will do what they can to rob you blind .. I have never seen such scam artist before in my life. And I have come across many types of people in my 45 years of living. Be cautious around these guys. They will give it to you hardcore
Great service and great technicians.
I just dropped my RV for transmission issues iff today. Never been to this place before but the experience thus far is superb. Very feiendly service and a comendating attitude with my issue. Felt good looking around and seeing many pieces of mechanical equipment to be able to diagnose the issue and repair after. Thanks guys and gals keep up the great work.
