This was the second time I had dropped the truck off for a rear window to be replaced. I was told to have the truck there before 4 pm the first time. I did and called to check on the truck the next morning and was told it was ready. I was told they didn't have enough time for the repair after I was told a time to have the vehicle there. We were told to have it in by 3 today to get it done. We will see if they actually get the job done today.
