So I had got busy with life and had forgot to pay my storage bill so my wife sent a check and talked to the lady and the lady never told my wife the exact amount also never said that they where going to foreclose on my storage unit on the first and never crossed our mind being we had sent a check we'll my wife called again today to see what the balance was and was told they sold my storage unit on the 1st of October! I rented a unit here for over a year and was treated terrible when moving out. The staff wasn't helpful in closing procedures, didn't return calls and on site personnel did nothing to help me close account and the management charged my card 2 weeks after I moved out. It is just a poorly run and unprofessional outfit. I've moved my things to a much better facility in Walker.
