Jeff and his team did a great job especially having to deal with a tough grade and the mine field of rocks and squeezing thru tight spots. Job took a little longer than we both expected but Jeff handled like a champion.
Jeff and his crew were excellent to work with from start to finish. He came out immediately to price the job, knew exactly how many zones/heads it would take for full coverage of my yard for front and back and his pricing was more than fair compared to the competition. I had 4 companies out for a quote. I knew Jeff and Interstate were going to be my choice as soon as he said he would figure out my zones and heads by walking it off around the lawn. This is a guy that has the experience and knows what he’s doing. Other companies needed flags and tape measures and 45 mins in my yard to figure it out. Jeff came in time to troubleshoot our sprinkerler issue but he didn't fix the problem. Claimed it needed more time to check the wires.... but he asked money $225 paying for his time. We are not so happy about the outcome and paid him. If a service call made but didn't complete the job, and fixed the issue, is it fair to pay for the full price?
