The office is nice enough and the location is convenient, but the girl they had helping me was either poorly trained or a bit spaced out. She forgot to provide me with certain (important) information when I first purchased insurance, and when I came in another time to change my deductible she gave me completely wrong information and an incorrect quote, as I found out when I called the company itself. If I had not called the company, I would have ended up paying over $50 more per month than I had to. Will not be going to this... read more
Felix Ortiz is amazing, kind and extremely helpful. He has extensive knowledge and experience in insurance. He can help with many types of insurance not limited to auto and home. If you happen to call ask to speak to him directly or the best way to reach him is to just go into the Rock location. :)
