We stayed here 1 night after a Warriors game. The rooms are very nice. They are large and updated. The overall feel to the rest of the hotel needs to be updated.
I recommend this place to stay. Especially if you are going to S.F. for fun or Business. The bell guys were there to greet us & for the best knowledge of transportation to places without having to drive the whole time we were there. Our rooms were clean after we left and stocked well when we returned. There are a lot of nice restaurants & places to stop in for a cocktail close to hotel. If you are in to watching a good baseball game that's the place to stay.

I just had my birthday celebration here over a long weekend. Lots of local and out of town guests. Everything was wonderful in every way. The food for the party, a brunch and meals at miss pearls was the best. Highly recommend!

It really deserves 5 STAR – I have been to Waterfront Plaza very colorful hotel. 24 hours a day to assist. Wonderful Staff, Excellent Service. Private fitness center, High speed internet access, heated pool and Sauna, Valet parking, chartered boat services, private boat docking facilities. Easy access to San Francisco and all Bay Area. **Excellent Hotel**
Best Service – I have used them before and their Luis is fast, friendly, and professional. The quality is good! I'm glad I didn't go with Rug Doctor.
poor customer service – while the hotel staff was mostly friendly we had reservations for almost two months before showing for a wedding party only to find they had booked the rooms we had been prommised and in attempt to fix there errors decided to put the four brides maids in a smalll one bed room and informed us the boooking agent lied and there was no bridal suite in the hotel for the bride and groom and the price of the rooms quoted to us had been changed and we were asked to pay more for the smaller rooms then we were ... read more
