BUYER BEWARE Purchased a $10,500 7x16 dump trailer in April 2025. After just one year of normal professional use, the paint has failed extensively with widespread rust developing on bare metal. They do not warranty paint despite the premium price point. For comparison, competitors like Big Tex and Sure-Trac offer powder-coated trailers at similar prices that don't have this problem. Their warranty is bogus, I bought a trailer the supports bent first time using it. Brought it back to the store and they denied my claim. They could have told me that on the phone.
Terrible company TJ is the worst District Manager put on the face of the earth. I was told this company is a “Good ol Boys Club” therefore do not promote black or brown people. He is a devout racist and bigot and deals with his employees unfairly. Worst experience ever DO NOT APPLY
