If I could give zero stars, I would. Run away as fast as you can go somewhere else to buy and get service. My truck has been at this dealership since December because of repeated misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis. Instead of properly identifying the problem, they kept replacing parts that clearly were not the issue. Months later, the truck is still not fixed. **Updated: Talked to Jeff the service manager and he was super helpful and confused at why the situation even existed. He promised they’d make things right and had the parts on order. If the whole situation had gone this way from the start, this would be a 5 star review ***** Typical dealership service department; any excuse to steal your money. I bought my Ford F150 Ecoboost here in December 2018. A week ago, with 54,000 miles on it and just over 6 years old, the transmission went out. This truck was very lightly used and very gently treated. These transmissions are a known manufacturing defect and this dealer could give a rat’s a$$. I was quoted over $9K for a reman. Was able to get our Bronco Sport in and fixed under warranty the same week!
This guys are a JOKE! They have always had TERRIBLE Service! And the worst part about it is, I have bought 4 vehicles here. Don’t buy from here, their service department SUCKS - and they straight up don’t care. I will never give this place a Penny again.
