I called to get road side assistants explained that a carrier bearing was out on a semi truck. Asked if they would go to the driver that was in a safe place to have work done and they said yes no problem. I had to pay $210 up front for them to send a mechanic out. 2 hours later they called and said they couldn't do a mobile repair i needed to let them tow the truck in. 🚗Had another great experience at Interstate last week. It was easy to schedule the service for a day convenient for me. Drop off the night before is great, so no need to get up early or sit there during the day waiting. The replacement part (CUE Screen) was installed perfectly, in a timely manner, and the rate was sooo much better than what the Cadillac dealer's repair service would've been! We had a problem with the brake belt that broke on our RV. We were an hour and a half into a trip that was to last three weeks going to Canada from Pennsylvania. Valentine came and fixed our belt and had us back and running. He was courteous, professional, and best of all he was able to do the job!
Stay away from these people. Got my 210 deposit for dispatch and now I cant get anyone to come look at our vehicle
