Had an issue on a highway pulling a load of 35k with VOLVO VNL, couldn’t even comprehend what was causing it, so after making some phone calls, these guys seem to be the only ones that seem to know what are they talking about. So, long story short, it turns out I Had to replace some kind of bearing on a drive shaft and they were able to complete the job within an hour or so. AMAZING SERVICE! Amy was so kinds and efficient and made a very sad situation so much better. We were about 250 miles from home and another 150 to our destination when my engine went . Amy took my AAA info and got the ball rolling for us! Within 30 minutes they had our TROOPER of a driver Keyan got us to a shop as close to our destination as possible! A whopping 3 hour drive! I cannot thank them enough and if I am ever stranded in Bedford county again they will be the first people I call!
